Job Description
At the neurology outpatient clinic, you will be part of various diagnostic teams and work closely with several other professionals. The goal is to create the best possible conditions for patients and their loved ones to handle a changed life situation, where the disease is usually chronic.
The main work tasks consist of assessment and evaluation of psychosocial interventions, supportive conversations, crisis counseling, advice and community information. The target group is adult patients and their loved ones, which includes children.
Work Group
The employment is in the rehabilitation group, part of movement and health, which is part of Central Östergötland Primary Healthcare. The unit provides curators, occupational therapists and physiotherapists within the hospital's operations. The curators in the rehabilitation group work with various clinics at the university hospital and have regular professional meetings, joint supervision and collaborate during absences.
About You
We are looking for someone with a degree in social work, preferably with further education in psychotherapy, level 1. Experience working as a curator in healthcare and being a licensed healthcare curator is meritorious.
As a person, you are confident and open. You are used to working both independently and in collaboration with others where you communicate clearly. You plan, organize and prioritize your work efficiently. We value good teamwork skills, flexibility and responsibility. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
You must have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and have a driver's license.
