Duties As a coordinator with us, you will be part of our psychosocial team where collaboration, knowledge exchange, and a common focus on the patient's best interests are a natural part of daily work. You work with assessments, supportive conversations, crisis conversations, and psychosocial interventions for patients over 18 years old with mental health problems and social issues. You collaborate closely with other professionals at the healthcare center and are an important part of our interdisciplinary work. Qualifications We are looking for you who Have a degree as a social worker; we would like it if you have education as a healthcare and nursing coordinator, but it is not a requirement. Have experience with psychosocial treatment work, preferably within primary care. Are confident in your professional role and have good interpersonal skills. Enjoy working both independently and in a team. Want to contribute to development and collaboration in the operation. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
