We are looking for you as a counselor
To create a safe environment and give all children equal opportunities to learn for the future, we work conceptually according to a shared model across Lärande's preschools and elementary schools. We call it the Learning Model. It forms the foundation for you and your colleagues in your joint mission.
You work in close collaboration with teachers and the student welfare team to provide the best conditions for our students' learning. You meet with students, guardians, and staff, offering profession-specific expertise through conversations, support contacts, counseling, and guidance in the psychosocial area.
You drive student welfare work together with your colleagues from a broad perspective. The work happens alongside other educational staff at the school to contribute to students' development.
Qualifications
To be a suitable candidate for this position, we see that you have:
Relevant education in, for example, social psychology, social work, behavioral science, or social pedagogy at university level.
Previous experience working as a counselor in elementary school.
