Since our launch in fall 2023, Jägersrohälsan has grown rapidly and established itself as one of Malmö's highest-ranked health care centers in the National Patient Survey. About the Position
In your role as a curator with us, you work to provide psychosocial support to patients of different ages and life situations. You meet people who are in crisis, experiencing mental health challenges, or facing other social difficulties, and you help strengthen their ability to manage their situation.
You work independently with assessments, support conversations, and shorter interventions while being an important part of the multiprofessional team. Through close collaboration with doctors, nurses, psychologists, and other professionals, you contribute to a holistic perspective where the patient's needs are always at the center.

Your Competence
For us, it is self-evident that we help each other with our common goal, so we are looking for someone who is self-driven, flexible, responsible, unpretentious, and has excellent collaboration skills in addition to always putting the patient at the center. You need to be confident in your role and see the importance of a professional team that complements each other toward a common goal.
We would like to see that you have experience working in primary care or other outpatient care, but the most important thing is your professional confidence, your commitment, and your willingness to contribute to the whole.
You must share our values regarding patient safety, accessibility, integrity, infection control, and respectful conduct.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Social Work
Step 1 training in CBT psychotherapy
Documented experience in psychosocial treatment work
Experience working in health and medical care or other relevant activities
Meritorious:
Experience from primary care
Region Skåne's training in iCBT (internet-based CBT)
Documented experience with the PMO journal system

Employment
The position is part-time at a minimum of 20% with opportunity for expansion, with a 6-month probationary period. Start by agreement.
