Indomi has been active since 2016 and operates several services within the healthcare sector such as child and adolescent psychiatry, psychiatry, healthcare, family foster care, residential support and group homes. We are now seeking an additional coordinator for northern Dalarna where we currently have a branch in Orsa and are opening another branch in Mora in autumn 2026. The main office is located in Borlänge. We work on behalf of Region Dalarna and receive children and young people for assessment, treatment and investigation in specialist psychiatric outpatient care. At the clinic, specialist doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapist, dietitian, social workers, psychotherapists, psychologists and secretaries work under the motto "With heart for the children – with focus on quality and respectful treatment with the individual at the centre".
We are now seeking an additional coordinator for our team in northern Dalarna who, together with us, wants to continue developing and shaping the operation's work going forward.
About the role - Main responsibilities:
Psychosocial assessments: Conduct initial and in-depth assessments with introductory mapping focusing on psychosocial issues.
Counseling support: Provide individual sessions with children/young people and family sessions. Sometimes also in group form.
Group treatment: Lead group interventions for children, young people and parents.
Coordination: Participate in SIP meetings (Coordinated Individual Plan), and cooperate with schools, social services, health centres and other external stakeholders.
Network work: Coordinate interventions around the child in close contact with guardians and networks. Contribute knowledge of other community support services.
Documentation: Responsible for correct record-keeping according to healthcare legislation.
Development work: Contribute to health-promoting and preventive measures from a psychosocial perspective. Contribute to service development and implementation of new treatment methods.
About you
We are looking for someone who is a healthcare coordinator or holds a social work degree. Merits include experience of working with children and young people and possessing basic training in psychotherapy - level 1.
You are a person who values the important work with children and young people's mental health and wants to contribute to outstanding and accessible child and adolescent psychiatry. You always put the patient in focus and are responsible and motivated in your work.
