Kalmarsunds gymnasieförbund is a municipal association tasked with operating and developing upper secondary education and municipal adult education for the member municipalities of Borgholm, Kalmar, Mönsterås, Mörbylånga, and Torsås. We have approximately 4,000 students and 600 employees distributed across our five schools. Lars Kaggskolan is one of the upper secondary schools in Kalmarsunds gymnasieförbund. The school has approximately 1,300 students and approximately 180 employees. Here you will find both vocational programs and higher education preparatory programs. JOB DUTIES You will be part of the student wellbeing team and work both independently and in collaboration with the team and other staff. Your work is directed toward the national programs and includes working at individual, group, and organizational levels. You are the school's expert on psychosocial issues and can guide students who need support from other community services. Together with the rest of the student wellbeing team, you have a responsibility for preventive and health-promoting work with our students. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is primarily educated as a social worker or has education deemed equivalent. You have a structured and service-oriented working approach. It is important that you can see the bigger picture around students and groups and that you have good collaboration skills, as the work involves many contacts with staff, authorities, and other agencies. Previous experience from work in social services and/or school is a merit. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Employment type: Fixed-term employment. Duration: 25%, start date: as soon as possible. 1 month with possible extension. Ongoing recruitment, ends: 2026-09-18.
