Then we're looking for you for the position of clinical social worker at Bra Liv Vaggeryd Health Center! The Clinical Social Worker Role Your responsibilities will include conducting your own patient practice and treating patients with psychosocial issues. You will assess, investigate, and treat adult patients with mild to moderate mental health challenges, according to the Region's guidelines for psychosocial work in primary care. You will have individual responsibility for conducting assessments and treatment interventions. We prioritize early intervention and high accessibility, which means you will primarily work with shorter treatment contacts. Your responsibilities will evolve as primary care's mission changes and develops. This is a permanent position at 80%, but the employment level is negotiable. Start date by agreement. Your Profile We're looking for someone with an approved social work degree or equivalent education. It's not required, but you preferably have a licensed healthcare social worker credential, CBT competence level 1, and ideally experience from primary care. You enjoy and are driven by working toward high quality and have the ability to plan, prioritize, implement, and evaluate. As a person, you are empathetic, confident, attentive, and have excellent interpersonal skills. You are positive and flexible, easily adapt to different situations that can quickly arise at a small workplace, and see opportunities in change. We would like to see that you are good at working independently in your profession but also collaborate easily with others. Great importance is placed on personal suitability.
