We are seeking a healthcare and care specialist for adult education ALEA Kompetenshöjning is looking for you with experience and knowledge in healthcare and care who wants to support and guide adult students on their path toward education in healthcare and care. The position is located in Norrköping, with a planned course start on January 1, 2027. About the Role In this role, you work closely with students and provide support throughout their education. You combine your knowledge of healthcare and care with strong administrative skills and a pedagogical approach. Your responsibilities include: Administrative work related to the education and students' studies. Updating and managing schedules. Support and guidance for students during their education. Local contact and collaboration with the Healthcare and Care College. Review of and assistance with practical exercises on-site, related to healthcare subjects. Practical support and quality assurance of healthcare and care components. We are Looking for You Who Have solid knowledge of healthcare and care. Are organized, thorough, and possess strong administrative skills. Enjoy working closely with students and providing support in their education. Are confident in communicating and collaborating with various stakeholders. Have a strong ability to plan and organize your work. Requirements Completed upper secondary school education. Strong administrative skills. Meritorious Experience working in healthcare. Experience with school administrative work. Experience with adult education or education in healthcare and care. Experience with practical exercises or practical components in healthcare education.
