Workplace Description
Kungsholmen Elementary School is an F-9 school with approximately 1,100 students and includes elementary school, adapted elementary school, school emergency care, after-school programs, and youth clubs. Work teams are divided into F-3, 4–6, 7–9, and adapted elementary school. School leadership consists of a principal, assistant principals, and an administrative director.
For each student, regardless of their starting point, to develop and progress as far as possible in their learning journey, knowledge, learning, and safety are crucial to achieving success. We place great emphasis on safety and student well-being initiatives.
Qualifications
We are now seeking a certified teacher qualified to teach art and crafts.
We are looking for a skilled teacher who can contribute to developing our operations in line with the school's policy documents and vision. In your role as a teacher, you will be responsible for pedagogical planning and delivery of instruction as well as evaluation and follow-up of school activities. This means you need to be thoroughly familiar with the curriculum and other policy documents.

You are experienced in making adaptations for students, both for challenge and support, and contribute to collaborative discussions about lesson design and relevant reflections so our students can become the best they can be.
You have excellent collaboration skills with a high degree of flexibility and solution-focused thinking.
We expect you to be able to motivate your students to reach higher goals and that you have a professional approach in your contact with guardians, colleagues, and students.
Since the role includes written documentation and verbal communication, it is a requirement that you express yourself well both orally and in writing in Swedish.
