About the Position As a customer service representative in the Business Processing department, you'll become part of our client's Nordic operations, which handles the management of financial agreements. The role involves close collaboration with both external partners and internal contacts, where you're responsible for ensuring that incoming contract documentation is handled correctly and according to applicable procedures. Beyond daily administration, you'll be an important part of the organization's continued digital transformation journey. You'll participate in developing efficient processes and contribute to creating a smooth and modern customer experience. This position is part of OnePartnerGroup's consulting offering, and you'll initially be employed as a consultant through us and assigned to our client with offices in Umeå. The position is full-time and involves standard office hours Monday - Friday with excellent benefits and the opportunity to get to know an exciting organization.
