About the Role & Our Client: As a customer service representative and sales agent for Telenor Consumer, you will assist private customers with questions about phone services, broadband, subscriptions, prepaid cards, and TV packages. You will work with customer support, service desk, and incoming sales calls. Your primary task will be to provide customers with top-class service and create a positive customer experience. To Succeed in This Role, We See That You: Have completed upper secondary education. Speak Swedish fluently. Have good English skills. Meritorious (but not required): Previous experience in customer service or sales. Computer skills and experience working with different systems. Other language skills. What Happens Next?
