About the Role & Our Client:
In your role as a customer service representative and sales agent for Telenor Consumer, you will assist private customers with inquiries regarding phone service, broadband, subscriptions, prepaid cards, and TV packages. You will work with customer support, save desk, and incoming sales calls. Your primary task will be to provide customers with top-notch service and create a positive customer experience. To Succeed in This Role, We See That You:
Have completed upper secondary education.
Speak Swedish fluently.
Have good English skills.
Are a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys customer service and upselling.
Have a clean criminal record.
Meritorious (but not required):
Previous experience in customer service or sales.
Computer skills and experience working in various systems.
Other language skills.
