About the Role & Our Client:
In your role as a customer service representative and sales agent for Telenor Consumer, you will help private customers with questions about phone service, broadband, subscriptions, prepaid cards, and TV packages. You will work with both customer support, service desk, and inbound sales calls. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-tier customer service and create a positive customer experience. To Succeed in This Role, We See That You:
Have completed upper secondary education.
Speak fluent Swedish.
Have good English skills.
Are a team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment and likes customer service and upselling.
Have a clean criminal record.
Meritorious (but not required):
Previous experience in customer service or sales.
Computer skills and experience working in different systems.
Other language skills.
