Learn more at: www.pergogolv.se About the Role In your role as a customer service representative, you will work alongside your colleagues to be the face of the company and deliver first-class service to Unilin's customers, primarily in the Swedish and Norwegian markets. In a company where development and innovative thinking are constantly present, you will have the opportunity to grow with both the company and the role. Using phone and email as your primary tools, you will act as an advisor to customers and, with solid product knowledge, help them choose products and answer questions about pricing, deliveries, and returns. The position is administrative in nature, where you will receive orders via email, which you will register in the SAP business system. The role involves close collaboration with your customer service team colleagues as well as with other internal departments such as sales, marketing, and shipping to ensure a quality and positive experience for customers. Additionally, you will continuously follow up with customers regarding purchases, deliveries, and returns. The role specifically includes: - Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone and email - Administrative work such as order entry in SAP - Continuous and close collaboration with internal functions and departments About You We are looking for someone who approaches their work with great curiosity. Additionally, the following are important for this position: - Completed upper secondary education - Fluent in Swedish and English, as well as either Danish or Norwegian - Previous experience working with customers and service. Previous customer service experience is strongly desired - Previous experience working in a business system. Experience with SAP is strongly desired - Previous experience with case management systems.
