With offices in central Malmö and a dedicated team, they work to provide their customers with outstanding service, expert advice and a safe shopping experience. They are in an exciting expansion phase and are now looking for a customer service representative with an interest in training, fitness, sports and the outdoors, who is ready for new challenges. As part of a dynamic team, you will use your service-oriented nature to help customers with questions, problems and well-founded purchasing decisions. As a customer service representative, you will have a varied workday that includes customer support via phone, chat and email. You will also handle orders, service matters and delivery inquiries. Furthermore, you will offer professional guidance to help customers choose the right products based on their needs, whether it's training equipment, fitness products or outdoor products. You will work closely with your team to ensure that our customers get an outstanding experience from first contact to completed matter. The role suits you if you enjoy problem-solving, customer contact and working in a company where the pace is high and development is moving forward. The position is a full-time employment with working hours during office hours, Monday to Friday, at our office in Malmö. The position is long-term and begins with a 6-month probationary period, starting in early August. This is a direct recruitment, which means that StudentConsulting handles the recruitment process but you will be directly employed by Vartex. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for someone who has: Excellent communication skills in both speech and writing. Ability to provide professional and personal service to both business and private customers. Ability to work both independently and in a team. Good understanding of e-commerce and the sales process. Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing. It is a merit if you can speak another Nordic language.
