We are now seeking engaged and solution-oriented customer service representatives who want to be part of our professional team and help create value for our community-critical customers.
About the Role
As a customer service representative with us, you are an important part of a dedicated team that supports customers around the clock via phone, email, and chat. We do not work with telemarketing or sales – our focus is entirely on providing support and service of the highest quality to our customers. You will work with varying and meaningful tasks where each day brings new challenges. With support from knowledgeable and helpful colleagues, we ensure that you have the right conditions to succeed and thrive in your role.
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone who:
Speaks and writes fluent Swedish (required) and has basic knowledge of English, both spoken and written (required).
Has good computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new digital tools and systems, which is valuable as we work in our customers' systems.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a natural drive to help people by solving their problems efficiently and professionally.
Is skilled at handling administrative tasks and learns new information quickly.
Appreciates variety in your work, where no two days are the same.
Is self-driven and takes responsibility, while also valuing teamwork and shared goals.
Customer service experience is a merit but not a requirement – we are looking for the right person with the right attitude!
What We Offer
With us, you become part of an unpretentious and dedicated team of approximately 40 competent colleagues who together deliver top-class service. We offer an inspiring work environment where you have the opportunity to make a difference every day. Here we support each other, celebrate successes together, and work toward a common goal – contributing to a safer society.
Practical Information
The position is based at our modern headquarters in Piteå, with an employment level of 50–100%. Working hours are day/evening and weekends, or evenings and weekends only. Employment begins immediately and runs through December 31, 2026, with the possibility of extension.
