We are now looking for a service-oriented and organized customer service representative for a consulting position with Adecco with immediate start. Do you enjoy customer contact, order handling, and delivering top-class service? Then this could be the right assignment for you. Responsibilities In this role, you will: Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries via phone and email. Register and manage customer orders. Provide service and support regarding orders and deliveries. Work with administrative tasks related to customer service. About You We are looking for someone who: Speaks and writes Swedish fluently. Has good knowledge of English, both spoken and written. Has experience in customer service, order handling, or similar administrative tasks. Is service-oriented, organized, and comfortable taking on personal responsibility. Holds a B-class driver's license and has access to a car. Knowledge of Danish is a merit but not required.
