About the positionTogether with our partner, we are now seeking a Customer Service Specialist for a well-established international company in Göteborg. You will become part of an engaged Customer Service team and take on a central role in ensuring a well-functioning order and customer flow. The role is broader than traditional customer service and suits you if you enjoy understanding processes, working in systems, and solving problems. You will handle orders, follow up on deviations, and have many contact points both internally and externally. Here you will have the opportunity to combine service with structure, analysis, and coordination. In summary, you will: Manage and follow up on orders in SAP Work with customer cases related to orders and deliveries Identify and investigate deviations and drive issues to resolution Maintain ongoing contact with customers and various internal departments Work with follow-up and analysis in Excel Coordinate issues between different parts of the business Contribute to the development of processes and working methods within Customer Service We are looking for you ifYou have at least two years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, order administration, or similar tasks You have experience with complex logistics and supply chain flows, with contact between customer, warehouse, transport, procurement, and suppliers You have strong Excel skills and are comfortable working with data You speak and write fluent Swedish and English You are experienced with systems and able to quickly learn new systems. Experience with SAP and case management systems is highly desirable. Experience in procurement, project management, process improvement, or coordination is desirable.
