Your responsibilities: Respond to emails and incoming calls from the company's customers Handle administration and case management Support the internal organization Order handling Invoicing Power of attorney documents Address changes It is crucial that you handle matters every day with a professional and calm approach to customers. Your profile To be successful in the role of customer service representative, we believe you have good service orientation, are thorough, and attentive to customer needs. We see that you have previous experience in customer service or administrative work. You find it easy to familiarize yourself with different cases and enjoy solving problems. During busy periods, there can be a lot to do, so we see that you are stress-resistant. We would like to see that you have worked in some form of service previously and have a good understanding of what customer service entails. You also have good computer skills and easily adapt to different IT systems. Requirement: You need to be able to speak and write Swedish fluently. Other details Scope: Full-time Working hours: Daytime, Monday - Friday. Start: Immediate You will be employed by OnePartnerGroup and assigned to our client in Hisings Backa.
