As a customer service representative, you will be the face of the company and a crucial link between DSV and their customers, both individuals and businesses. You will be responsible for handling incoming requests via phone, email, and chat, serving as the customer's first point of contact. The role involves professionally and attentively navigating questions ranging from shipment status and bookings to complaints and logistics operations. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality support, ensuring every customer feels valued and well-treated. By combining your administrative skills with a solution-oriented approach, you will help maintain and strengthen DSV's strong customer relationships. Working hours follow DSV's business hours, 07:00-17:00 weekdays. We are looking for a collaborative person with strong communication skills. You are passionate about delivering excellent service by being attentive and accessible to customers. You are organized, thorough, and can prioritize and think solutions-oriented even during busy times. As a person, you are positive, engaged, and have a natural instinct for service. You stay calm under pressure and always work goal-oriented to deliver the best possible results. As a consultant at Randstad, you are employed by us and work on assignment with our client.
