Your responsibilities: Greet customers in the store and inform them about our products such as investment gold, investment silver, and money transfers. Handle payments, issue receipts and invoices, and register transactions. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about prices, campaigns, and investment options. Continuously work on preventing money laundering and participate in regular training on current laws and regulations. Perform administrative tasks related to sales. Who we think you are: You have completed upper secondary education and are comfortable working with numbers. You speak and write fluent Swedish and English. You have good computer skills (Microsoft Office, Windows, and Teams). You are organized, responsible, and service-oriented. Merits: Previous work experience in sales or finance is a merit.
