Yes, you read it correctly – we are now looking for another star for our Customer Service team! In this ad, we are looking for you who are interested in a permanent position in our successful Customer Service team.
Do you want to work with municipal services in one of Sweden's leading Customer Service departments? Are you passionate about making a difference for people? Do you want to help develop the quality of customer interactions at Customer Service? Then you might be the one we're looking for!
Your work tasks are to provide information and guidance to our residents, business owners, and visitors.
Your work area will mainly be related to the main assignment of municipal matters, such as building permits, environment, water/sewage, streets, parks, etc.
The work is carried out mainly by telephone but also through our other channels such as chat, email, and personal visits. Customer Service handles matters concerning all the municipality's areas of operation.
Scheduled working hours apply during Customer Service's opening hours, which are Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:00 PM. Location: City Hall, Ängelholm Municipality.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Required documented experience within customer service or municipal operations
• Higher education or equivalent work experience
• Ability to work in a group as well as independently
• Flexible and has a service-oriented and customer-focused approach
• Good conversation and telephone skills and can express yourself in both speech and writing
• Ability to see the whole picture and support colleagues at Customer Service in efficiency improvements and changed working methods related to digitalization
• Experience in documenting and handling cases
• Inclined towards change and development-oriented
Great importance is placed on personal qualities
Employment form: Permanent employment.
Duration: Permanent, start date: Start date is by agreement. Probation may become relevant for this position.
