About the role:
As a customer service representative, you are the first point of contact for Swedish customers. Your mission is to ensure they have the best possible experience by:
Helping customers via phone, email, and chat
Answering questions about products, services, and technical issues
Ensuring fast and efficient solutions
Creating a positive customer experience and providing professional service
We are looking for you:
You speak and write fluent Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish
You have good English skills (training is conducted in English)
You have strong communication skills and a friendly attitude
You are service-oriented and solution-focused
You have basic IT skills
Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not a requirement – we make sure you're well prepared!
