As a Customer Service Representative at Trafikverket, you will help make everyday life easier for residents and businesses throughout Sweden. Job Responsibilities Our task at Driver Testing is to conduct exams in the driving license and professional transportation sectors. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that every customer feels welcome, receives clear information, and has the best conditions to demonstrate their knowledge. The work is varied and the team rotates between tasks throughout the day. In your daily work, you will meet many different customers. Customer service and clear communication are therefore important parts of your role. At times the work involves a fast pace, but at other times a slower pace, so you need to be comfortable with that. Regardless of pace, it means taking initiative and acting independently by seeing what needs to be done, tackling tasks, and finding solutions to problems that arise without always needing detailed instructions. Your responsibilities include performing the government function of conducting knowledge exams in groups, individually, and sometimes with an interpreter reception work such as scheduling appointments, ID verification, and handling customer matters administration of driving license photos in connection with driving tests and driving license renewals independently managing and troubleshooting the organization's digital systems and technical equipment, as well as handling and reporting IT-related problems driving the organization's vehicles safely and responsibly, for example when transporting to and from repair shops for service and tire changes when necessary, traveling and driving to other locations to perform work tasks within Driver Testing operations other administrative tasks Your shifts will be scheduled during office hours. We are open at the reception between 08:00-16:30, except on Mondays when we close at 18:00 and on Fridays at 15:00. Work at our reception locations in Mariestad and Lidköping occurs weekly. Qualifications Who Are You? You will be our face to the outside world and the first person many of our customers meet. Therefore, it is important that you are confident and professional in your interactions and find it easy to build trust. This also means being able to give clear information and stand firm on applicable rules and procedures, even when the information is not what the customer wishes to hear. To succeed in this position, you have strong initiative and work independently by seeing what needs to be done, where you can prioritize and act without always needing detailed instructions. You enjoy varying work pace throughout the day and can take your own initiative even during quieter periods. When problems arise, you have good analytical problem-solving skills and seek solutions in a structured way. You also have good collaboration skills and actively contribute to making the work function as a whole. You have the ability to see what the situation requires and where you are best needed at any given moment.
