As a Customer Service Representative at Trafikverket, you help make everyday life easier for residents and businesses throughout Sweden. Job Responsibilities Our task at Driver Testing is to conduct exams in the driver's license and professional traffic areas. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to ensuring that every customer feels welcome, receives clear information, and has the best conditions to demonstrate their knowledge. The work tasks vary and you rotate within the group during the day to perform different tasks. In your daily work you will meet many different customers, so customer service and clear communication are therefore important parts of your role. Your responsibilities include the government authority task of administering knowledge tests both in groups, individually, and sometimes with an interpreter. At times the work involves a fast pace, so you need to be comfortable with that as part of the job. You work according to a fixed schedule, and work at other locations may occur. You will work with, among other things: Reception work Administering knowledge tests Answering customer questions Management of driver's license photos in connection with driver's license tests and driver's license renewals Performing general office tasks Qualifications Who are you?
