The Municipal Administration's Department, the Recreation and Service Division, is now seeking a new colleague to be based in Kiruna. The division is one of 6 departments within the Municipal Administration and has nearly 70 employees. Our swimming pool and recreation activities comprise about 60% of our operations, while other activities—involving administration and development of various operational systems, properties, case management and investigations, and labor market and integration—make up the remainder. Swimming, recreation, and labor market/integration each have unit managers, while other operations report directly to the division manager. As a customer service officer, you will work in our central systems for switchboard operations and other services for both our residents and the municipality as a whole. Your closest colleagues and management are located in both Karesuando and Kiruna C. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are seeking a customer service officer with an outward-facing profile for our operations in Kiruna, with immediate availability. Do you have experience working in customer service, customer service roles, or perhaps in communications, events, and arrangements? We are now offering a permanent position as a customer service officer focused on switchboard operations and customer service activities. The position is linked to central administration and services for the entire municipality. Kiruna Municipality has a responsibility to support local development and initiatives, which is reflected in our operations in Kiruna. Technological development opens up opportunities to manage central tasks regardless of geographic location. QUALIFICATIONS You have at least upper secondary education in a social science subject, or in an area we deem appropriate. Good computer skills are a requirement. Experience with service and systems administration is an asset. Kiruna Municipality generally has an international character. In addition to needing to master Swedish in speech and writing, it is also advantageous to have good English language skills in both speech and writing, and in one or more of our national minority languages: Sami, Finnish, and Meänkieli.
