eddy.se ab collaborates with publishers of academic information. We produce books and journals as well as web and other digital publishing, and provide editorial services, production, design, programming, sales and distribution. Our customers are book publishers, companies and institutions. Among our clients are Norstedts Juridik AB, Iustus förlag, Nationalmuseum, Kungl. Gustaf Adolfsakademien, Prins Eugens Waldemarsudde, Svenska instituten i Athen, Rom och Istanbul, Svenska Akademiens ordboksredaktion and the universities in Lund, Stockholm, Uppsala and Umeå. We are currently 9 people working at Skarphäll in Visby where we have consolidated warehouse, customer service and editorial functions. Our team includes project managers, editors, designers and programmers. We are now recruiting Customer Service, Warehouse and Production Assistant Parental leave cover approx. 1 year You are early in your career, perhaps you have recently completed your upper secondary studies. You are good with people, are not averse to working with books in a warehouse environment and are also comfortable with computers and software. Your responsibilities will include -warehouse work and picking of books; -customer service contacts; -digital printing production. We value -organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once; -good teamwork and collaboration skills, that you are "team-oriented". Furthermore, we require that you -have a valid driver's license, as the position occasionally involves delivering books to, for example, bookstores and shipping companies; -are well versed in Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel. The position is 100% full-time (parental leave cover) with start date by agreement. The workplace is located at Skarphällsgatan 13.
