Customer Service Specialist
Are you a service-oriented person who enjoys communicating with people? Riddermark Bil is now seeking a Customer Service Specialist to handle calls for our aftermarket team! As part of the aftermarket department, you will be an important link for customers after their purchase, whether it concerns warranty issues, service matters, complaints, or general support.
Your responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls from customers regarding aftermarket matters.
Ensure that each customer receives the correct assistance by efficiently guiding or referring them to the right department.
Document calls and cases in the system.
Collaborate with internal departments such as complaints, service, and customer care.
Contribute to improving the customer experience and maintaining a high level of service.
We are looking for you:
Have a professional and friendly attitude in phone interactions.
Are a quick learner, can handle stress, and enjoy working at a fast pace.
Are organized, thorough, and focused on service.
Speak and write fluent Swedish; knowledge of English is a merit.
Have previous experience in customer service, phone switchboard, or support (a merit but not a requirement).
