As a customer service representative, you will help our customers and ensure they receive professional service, requested assistance, and you will solve any problems that arise. You will handle returns, complaints, and take all measures you deem necessary to properly resolve each complaint case. You will ensure that matters are escalated within the organization, which means extensive contact with colleagues in other functions such as finance, procurement, transport, and warehouse. A day in customer service is never the same as another, and during busy periods you manage many different matters simultaneously. What are we looking for in you? We believe you will succeed if you: Have at least upper secondary school qualifications, and we would appreciate it if you have experience working with customer contacts and service combined with administrative tasks. Work or have worked with service, preferably with experience handling matters that arise when something has gone wrong. Therefore, you are a person with a fantastic ability to solve problems in a simple and solution-focused way with the customer in focus. If you also have knowledge and interest in the products found in restaurant kitchens, that will make things easier and make your work even more enjoyable and educational. You learn different systems, routines, and processes easily. If you have the ability to make quick decisions, take your own initiative, and also enjoy working at a periodically fast pace, you will thrive well in this role. Your workplace In Norrköping, approximately 470 employees work. We are located in bright, fresh, and climate-smart premises with an open floor plan. The customer service team currently consists of 15 employees and is part of the logistics organization in Norrköping and Enköping. Our team has a good mix of ages and expertise. We adapt and keep our spirits up when things might not go according to plan. We talk with each other and are clear in our feedback.
