About the Role As a customer service representative, you'll handle incoming customer inquiries via phone. You'll assist customers in a professional and efficient manner, with quality service and customer care always at the forefront. Working hours may vary between day, evening, and night shifts depending on which project you're assigned to. The role includes: Managing bookings and cancellations Assisting both individual and corporate customers Working toward clear goals tied to customer satisfaction and efficiency You'll be an important part of the team, and your contributions will directly impact both customer experience and results.
