About the Role
As a customer service representative, you'll handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. You'll assist customers in a professional and efficient manner, where quality and service are always the focus.
Working hours may vary between day and evening shifts.
The work involves, among other things:
- Handling various inquiries, from complaints to delivery questions
- Assisting both private and corporate customers
- Working toward clear goals tied to customer satisfaction and efficiency
You'll be an important part of the team where your contributions directly impact both customer experience and results.
