About the Position We are now seeking a customer service representative for our client in Malmö. You will become part of a dedicated team where you play an important role in daily customer interactions and contribute to creating a positive and professional customer experience. You will use phone and email as your primary work tools and handle both incoming and outgoing contacts. You will help customers, follow up on cases, and ensure that every interaction is handled smoothly and professionally. You will work in a dynamic environment where the pace can sometimes be high, and you need to be able to switch between different tasks and communication channels. Together with your colleagues, you work toward common goals and contribute to improving the customer experience. Your main responsibilities will include: Answer incoming calls and emails and proactively contact customers Manage and follow up on various customer cases Provide information, guidance, and service through different communication channels Perform administrative tasks Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth handling of customer cases Contribute to high customer satisfaction through professional, solution-oriented, and service-focused interactions This position is a consulting assignment through Adecco for 6 months, with excellent opportunities for extension or employment with the client. Work hours are during office hours, Monday to Friday, with a desired start as soon as possible. About You We are looking for someone who thrives in a social role with a lot of customer contact and who is motivated by helping people and finding solutions. You are communicative, take initiative, and feel confident in customer interactions. You have no problem taking the first step in a conversation and feel comfortable handling different types of calls, even when the pace is high or the situation requires you to quickly prioritize. As a person, you are organized, self-driven, and responsible. You find it easy to plan and prioritize your work and enjoy having multiple tasks going on at the same time. You bring energy and engagement to the team and have a natural focus on providing customers with professional and pleasant interactions. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Selection takes place on a rolling basis.
