Your assignment will be to work with customer service for our business customers. In this role, you'll handle incoming calls from our customers and answer questions about our alarm products, services, agreements, and technical troubleshooting. You have good technical understanding, are experienced working in business systems, and find it easy to navigate multiple digital tools simultaneously. Personal suitability is highly valued. Want to Join Our Team? This is a full-time position (100%) and you'll work in our modern facilities at Verisure Securitas Direct's Security Center in Linköping. Working hours vary on weekdays between 08.00–17.05, and the role requires you to work on-site. We use probationary employment.
