The phone is your main tool, and you communicate clearly, calmly, and with a service-oriented approach. As a person, you are responsible, organized, and have a positive attitude. You plan and prioritize your work naturally and contribute to a good atmosphere in the team. We are looking for someone with High school education; experience from customer service is a merit. Very good Swedish and English, spoken and written. Experience with phone-based customer service, sales, and upselling. Good knowledge of the Office package, primarily Word and Excel. High service awareness and good collaboration skills. Used to working toward set goals in a team environment. Interest in the automotive industry is a merit, preferably knowledge about electric vehicles. What does the role involve? In this role, you become part of the customer service team where you help customers via phone, email, and chat. You handle questions concerning both products and services and work closely with resellers to provide proper support. The work includes both straightforward and more complex cases, and you actively seek information within the organization to provide correct answers. Interested?
