Polytech Nordics is a young and expanding medical technology company. Since our start in 2025, we have grown quickly and gained more and more customers throughout the Nordic region. Now we are looking for a customer service and logistics coordinator to strengthen our team in our pleasant offices on Kungsholmen in Stockholm. About the role: You will get a varied role where customer service, order handling, and logistics are combined. An important part of the work is ensuring that our customers' orders are handled correctly and dispatched on time. Your main responsibilities: • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders • Book and follow up on shipments • Order handling and administration • Customer service via phone and email • Handle inquiries regarding orders and deliveries Who are we looking for? We place great emphasis on your attitude and personal qualities. You are thorough, punctual, reliable, and service-oriented, take responsibility, and enjoy combining practical work with customer contact and administration. You communicate well in Swedish and English. Experience in customer service, order handling, or logistics is a plus.
