Skills · Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English · Social skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team · Previous experience · Strong communication and organizational skills · Strong ability to take own initiative and take responsibility for your work · Engaged, efficient, creative, and solution-focused · Attentive and focused on guest and company needs · Basic skills in Word, Excel, Explorer, and Outlook · Positive attitude · Ability to manage personal and work-related stress · Ability to regularly work flexible schedules, weekends, and certain holidays Requirements · Must be an EU/EES citizen or have approved visa for Sweden/Norway · Able to work efficiently at high pace · Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English Job Responsibilities · Create and maintain good relationships with current and future customers · Answer emails and phone calls · Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data · Receive incoming bookings and schedule staff · Respond to service inquiries or deviation reports · Interact and collaborate with all members of the organization, its suppliers, and customers · Support our teams to achieve higher goals and standards · Follow department guidelines and contribute to a good work atmosphere · Organize and streamline administrative work · CRM systems After the winter season, there may be an opportunity for a long-term employment for the right candidate.
