🛞About the Position
As a customer service representative at Kenneths Däck, you will be the face of the company and an important part of the customer experience. You will greet our customers with a positive attitude, handle bookings, provide advice and administrative support, and ensure that operations run smoothly on a daily basis.
In this role, you will work closely with both customers and workshop staff, which requires you to be service-oriented, solution-focused, and comfortable working at a fast pace. Your responsibilities will include customer contact via phone and in person, order handling, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
We are looking for someone who is social, responsible, and has a natural sense of service. You enjoy building good relationships, are organized in your work, and bring positive energy to the team.
🛞Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for someone with experience in customer service and the automotive industry.
For this role, we see that you:
• Speak and write Swedish and English fluently • Have experience in the automotive industry or a similar service profession • Are skilled at sales and customer relations • Can receive and understand instructions and work in an organized manner • Are clear and professional in communication with both customers and colleagues • Have the ability to coordinate and relay information effectively between customers and mechanics • Can manage multiple tasks simultaneously without losing focus • Are humble as a person but also have presence and can take responsibility in different situations
We place great importance on personality, drive, and the right attitude. For us, teamwork, professionalism, and good service are an obvious part of everyday life. It's a plus if you have or have had similar work experience and are computer literate. A valid driver's license is required.
🛞Employment
Full-time, start as soon as possible. Monday-Friday daytime. In November and April, you will work Saturdays 9-13 due to high demand for tire changes.
Trial period
Salary by agreement.
