Main Responsibilities
As a customer service coordinator, you will work with varied tasks, such as:
Together with several technical customer service coordinators, you will administer the Swedish Armed Forces' internal customers' maintenance needs for orders within and outside the Armed Forces, both nationally and internationally.
You will participate in planning, preparation, and reporting of maintenance production to the Armed Forces' workshops and inspection unit as well as to civil suppliers.
You will support customers with troubleshooting and minor maintenance work primarily related to vehicle technology.
You will assess maintenance measures based on your technical expertise.
You will support inquiries and investigations regarding technical service.
You will receive and issue materials to customers and represent them in dealings with various maintenance suppliers.
You will book maintenance work at workshops and inspection units and plan transports to and from these facilities.
You will support transports to workshops.
You will provide practical support to other operational areas of customer service, such as the garrison's vehicle pool operations and operation of our reel and care facilities.
Qualifications
High school diploma with a focus on vehicle technology or equivalent knowledge that the employer deems equivalent
Work experience in customer service within vehicle-related operations, or alternatively in vehicle technology
Category B driver's license
Good ability to express yourself in both speech and writing
Good knowledge of the MS Office package
Merits
Category C, CE driver's licenses and forklift operator certification
Experience from the Swedish Armed Forces
Knowledge of/experience with the systems SAP/PRIO/LIFT
