Customer Service Representative for Tire Season

For the upcoming tire season, we are now looking for a service-minded customer service representative who wants to be the face of our company to our customers. About the position As a customer service representative, you will be the first point of contact our customers meet when they drop off or pick up their cars. You are responsible for greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner, scheduling appointments, handling keys, and providing information about the work being performed. The role also involves keeping the customer reception area organized and supporting workshop staff with simple administrative tasks. The position starts in October and the season runs for approximately 8 weeks. Our facilities are located in Täby, Spånga, and Gärdet. Responsibilities Receive and return customer vehicles/keys Schedule and register customers in the system Answer questions and provide service in the customer reception area Maintain order and create a welcoming environment Support colleagues in daily operations Who are you? We are looking for someone who is social, thorough, and enjoys meeting people. You need to be able to handle stressful situations and maintain a good pace during intensive periods. If you have experience from customer service, retail, or the automotive industry, that is a merit, but not a requirement – your attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most.
