About the Role
We are currently seeking a service-oriented person for immediate start with one of our clients in northern Stockholm. As a customer service representative/service advisor, you will play a crucial role at the service center. Your role involves being the primary point of contact for the service center's customers regarding their requests. An important part of the job is always providing customers with pleasant and professional service while ensuring their needs are met.
Your responsibilities will include booking customers for service visits via phone, receiving and returning vehicles, and processing payments. Your work will involve using the service center's computer systems as well as communicating via phone and email.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with previous experience in some form of service work. Experience in the restaurant industry or retail is preferred.

We consider it highly valuable if you have previously worked with cars in any capacity or have an interest in vehicles, but this is not a requirement.
