Bevego is one of Sweden's leading wholesale companies in building sheet metal, ventilation, and technical insulation. We are now seeking a customer receptionist for our branch in Linköping. As a Customer Receptionist, you have a very important role as you are the face of the branch and the first point of contact for our customers. You will be part of a dedicated team where together you have the opportunity to make an impact, develop, and create results. This position is a 6-month temporary assignment with excellent opportunities for a permanent position at the end of the assignment. Start date by agreement. What will you do? Actively participate in the branch's sales and activities Serve and assist walk-in customers Register and pick customer orders for walk-in customers Receipt customer orders Handle returns Serve customers and register customer orders by phone when needed (when sales staff are busy) When needed, perform warehouse work Contribute to keeping the branch organized, clean, and tidy Stay informed about what is happening in the company Collaborate with other branch staff to provide customers with the best service Who are you? We are looking for someone with upper secondary education. You have previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the construction industry. You see yourself as a goal- and results-oriented person and have a strong interest in meeting people. You are passionate about service and always put the customer first. You are adaptable and flexible with the ability to handle different types of personalities. To succeed in this role, you need to be driven, unpretentious, socially competent, service-minded, forward-thinking, and proactive. You value structure highly and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The work requires very good communication skills where you can express yourself well in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing – additional languages are a plus. What do we offer you?
