Bevego is one of Sweden's leading wholesale companies in building sheet metal, ventilation, and technical insulation. We are now looking for a Customer Reception Representative for our branch in Gävle. As a Customer Reception Representative, you play a very important role as you are the face of the branch and the first point of contact for our customers. You will be part of a dedicated team where together you have the opportunity to influence, develop, and create results. This position is a 6-month temporary role with excellent opportunities for a permanent position at the end of the assignment. Start date to be agreed upon. What will you do? - Actively participate in the branch's sales and activities - Serve and assist customers picking up orders - Register and pick customer orders for pickup customers - Receive customer orders - Handle returns - Serve customers and register customer orders by phone when needed (when sales staff are busy) - When needed, perform work in the warehouse - Contribute to keeping the branch organized, clean, and tidy - Stay informed about what's happening in the company - Collaborate with other staff at the branch to provide customers with the best service Who are you? We are looking for someone with a high school diploma. You have previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the construction industry. You see yourself as a goal- and results-oriented person and have a strong interest in meeting other people. You are passionate about service and always put the customer first. You are adaptable and flexible, and have a good ability to handle different types of personalities. To succeed in this role, you need to be driven, unpretentious, socially competent, service-minded, forward-thinking, and take initiative. You value structure highly and thrive in a high-pace environment. The position requires you to have excellent communication skills where you can express yourself well in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing – additional languages are an advantage.
