For the upcoming season, we are looking for a customer service representative for our tire shop. Here you'll get the chance to become an important part of our team.
The company was founded in 1952 and with our long experience, we are confident in saying that we know cars and are proud to be able to offer our customers products with the latest technology for the optimal customer experience. The Göinge Bil Invest group consists of three different branches: Göinge Bil Personal Cars, Göinge Bil Trucks, and our Toyota companies.
Our 15 facilities are spread across Scania and Kronoberg counties, and the entire group has approximately 250 employees and an annual turnover of approximately 2 billion SEK. The companies are dealers with associated workshop authorization for Renault and Toyota passenger and commercial vehicles, Dacia, Lexus, XPENG, and Volvo Trucks. Our workshops also service other brands, and through our partnership with Däckteam, we handle everything related to tires. We also offer car rentals through Hertz and have facilities for Fuel, Wash, and Charging at several locations. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a customer service representative, you are the face of the company and the person who meets our customers. The main task is to provide excellent service to the customer and maintain clear communication with the workshop. You will be responsible for ensuring that today's work is completed on time. Your responsibilities include administering, booking, and scheduling jobs for the tire technicians, handling customer payments, and assisting with upselling. Our goal is that all customers who come here receive friendly and professional service and leave completely satisfied with the quality of the work performed. We can only achieve this through employees who enjoy their work and who love providing service to our customers.
QUALIFICATIONS
We believe you have a background as a mechanic, tire technician, or customer service representative at a workshop and enjoy working with customers. You may also have a service background but have a strong interest in cars—perhaps you've worked at a gas station or in car rentals? We're looking for someone with a good sense of service and problem-solving. Being the central hub is something you enjoy, and you have the mindset to always find solutions. We believe you are someone who is passionate about working with people and providing service. During autumn's busy season, the pace is fast, and you therefore need to be stress-resistant and able to maintain focus on multiple tasks simultaneously. It's also important that you can prioritize and be organized in your work approach. As an applicant, you find it easy to connect with new people and thrive in a flexible work environment.
Employment Type: Fixed-term contract.
The position runs from mid-October and for 1-2 months forward. The position is seasonal employment, and hiring will be arranged by agreement. We process applications on a rolling basis, and the position may be filled before the final application deadline.
