About the Role As a Customer Reception Representative with us, you are the hub between customers, the workshop, and technicians. You are responsible for receiving our customers, following them through the entire service process, and ensuring that every visit is a positive experience. Your main responsibilities: Handle customers at the workshop and via phone/email Schedule service and repair work Administer service/repairs in our systems Price work and contact customers with quotes Handle warranty claims, insurance matters, and customer complaints Deliver and receive cars Work actively to optimize workshop operations, productivity, and customer flow You work daily with a computer and phone as your primary tools and maintain close dialogue with our technicians and other colleagues. We Are Looking For You Who Have experience from the automotive industry or workshop environment Have experience from a service profession, preferably with extensive customer contact Are sales-driven and thrive in an environment where customer satisfaction and results are in focus Find it easy to build relationships and enjoy meeting customers Can handle multiple tasks in parallel and are solution-oriented Are independent, organized, and complete what you start We especially value that you are driven to develop both in the role and together with the team.
