We are looking for an engaged and goal-oriented person with the right qualities and ambition to take their first steps into the financial industry. Role Description We are looking for someone who is competitive, driven to deliver results, and enjoys building relationships. You work today, or have previously worked, in sales, meeting booking, or other customer contact and want to develop within an industry where long-term customer relationships are in focus. With us, you will have a unique opportunity to learn the fundamentals of professional customer management and develop the skills that characterize a successful asset manager and financial advisor. We are looking for someone with high ambitions, who enjoys working toward clear goals and is motivated by both your own development and the company's growth. A large part of the work takes place via phone, which means you need to be persistent, have strong communication skills, and feel comfortable building trust through conversations. Responsibilities As a customer coordinator, you will, among other things: Contact potential customers by phone within our local area. Schedule in-person advisory meetings at our office in central Gothenburg. Plan and manage our advisors' calendars. Ensure professional service throughout the booking process. Gradually develop through internal training in rhetoric, customer communication, and meeting techniques.
