As Customer Center Manager, you have overall responsibility for the customer center's operations. You lead the team, drive the business, and ensure high service quality, good profitability, and long-term customer relationships. The role is both strategic and operational, which means you are expected to be present in day-to-day operations and contribute in various roles when needed. We are now recruiting for an exciting role based in Gällivare, where you will be part of starting up a new depot connected to a new project. The work takes place on-site at the customer, which means you are in daily contact with operations and help ensure that deliveries run smoothly, efficiently, and professionally. The role therefore requires that you have a service-oriented approach and enjoy working with both customers and colleagues. Depending on when you can start, you will have the opportunity to be involved in different parts of establishing the depot – from startup and structure to when operations are fully running. During this period, more colleagues will also be recruited, and you will be an important part in setting work methods, routines, and contributing to a strong team culture. Responsibilities In this role, you work operatively to ensure daily operations and contribute to a well-functioning depot operation. This means you: Work closely with customers on-site and ensure smooth and professional delivery Participate in the startup and development of the depot and its work methods Plan, coordinate, and follow up on daily work Maintain ongoing dialogue with customers, colleagues, and other partners Contribute to structure, order, and quality in operations Are flexible and support where needed during a startup phase WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're looking for someone who thrives in a practical, operations-focused role where you can take responsibility and help build something from the ground up. You are someone who sees what needs to be done, takes initiative, and likes to make things work in everyday operations. Since the work takes place on-site with customers, it's important that you are service-minded, communicative, and professional in your interactions. You collaborate easily, build relationships, and contribute to a positive team environment. You are organized and solution-oriented, but also flexible and confident in handling a day-to-day environment where conditions may change – especially during a startup phase. Requirements for the position: Class B driver's license Experience from an operational role in, for example, construction, infrastructure, industry, or similar Good collaboration and service skills Good ability to communicate in Swedish and English Merits: Experience working on projects/sites Experience with startup or change work Familiarity with working in a structured way in a dynamic environment Selection and interviews may take place on an ongoing basis.
