You own the customer side of one of Stockholm's highest-ranked tattoo studios Moment Tattoo in Solna has been operating since 2018, has 8+ artists and a 5.0 average rating across 450+ Google reviews. We're now looking for a customer manager to ensure our calendar stays full and every customer who reaches out actually comes in. This is a sales role with people at its core, not a reception role. You conduct our free consultations, match customers with the right artist, and help someone who's carried an idea for years finally have the courage to do it. When the studio does well, you see it directly in your paycheck. WHAT YOU DO - Conduct consultations with new customers: listen to their idea, build trust, and create a concrete tattoo plan - Book customers with the right artist, with extra focus on larger projects like sleeves and back pieces - Call and email customers who've booked but haven't confirmed, and those who haven't finalized their booking - Handle customer communication via SMS, email, and Instagram, from first contact to confirmed appointment - Maintain our booking system, we'll teach you the tools HOW THE PAY WORKS - Base salary plus uncapped commission. The more you book, the higher your percentage. - Realistic total salary when you do the job well: 30,000 to 40,000 SEK per month. The ceiling is open. - We'll go through the exact structure in the interview. There's room to adjust the balance between fixed and variable pay based on who you are. WORK HOURS Customers reach out after their own workday, so our consultations are scheduled late in the day. - Weekdays 10 to 19 - Every other Saturday. Those weeks you get one weekday off, so you average around 40 hours. - Over time you'll have more control over your schedule, like finishing earlier one day if you worked longer another. WHO YOU ARE Requirements: - You like selling and want to watch your numbers grow - You're comfortable talking with people and build trust quickly - You're organized and don't drop balls when things happen simultaneously - You take ownership without needing to be told - Fluent Swedish spoken and written, English spoken Meritorious, not required: - You have tattoos, or want to get them. It makes it easier to understand the customer and talk about what's on their arms. - Sales, booking, or service experience with sales responsibility - CRM system experience - You're comfortable on camera Experience is good, but attitude decides. If you're driven we'll teach you the rest.
