Duties About the role As a Customer Manager at Göta Lejon, you will have a central role in maintaining, developing and strengthening our customer relationships. You will function as an important link between our customers and the company in matters primarily concerning risk management and insurance. The role involves close cooperation with both customers and colleagues, where you contribute to creating long-term value for the city's customers. You will have many points of contact and communicate with people at different levels, not least within management groups and decision-making functions. At the same time, you participate in developing our working methods and contribute to our continued digitalization journey. Your main responsibilities: Maintain and develop long-term customer relationships Act as an advisory contact person in risk and insurance matters Plan, conduct and follow up customers through meetings, planned risk inspections and claims Contribute to customers' long-term development in insurance, risk and claims matters Build trust and create strong relationships with customers Work closely with colleagues at Göta Lejon and together analyze customers' needs for support and advice on insurance, risk and claims matters Plan your work based on customer needs and together with your colleagues analyze which customers and issues we should prioritize Responsible for reporting and administrative tasks related to customer management Participate in the development of the business with a focus on digitalization and efficient working methods Qualifications Who are you? At the same time, you are self-driven and take responsibility for moving your work forward. You have a good ability to structure and communicate complex information in a clear and understandable manner. As a person you are analytical, flexible and resourceful. You appreciate collaboration and find it easy to create and maintain good relationships, both internally and externally.
