We are now looking for you to become an important part of our business and be the person who meets and guides our customers through the entire process. About the role We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a role where you can combine customer service, sales, administration, and practical work. As a responsible sales representative, you are often the customer's first point of contact with us. You help the customer find the right solution based on their needs and wishes. You follow the customer through the entire process and ensure they feel secure and well cared for from first contact to completed assignment. Many of our customers are in a sensitive situation. Therefore, it is important that you are attentive, respectful, calm, and professional in your interactions. The role is varied and includes both customer contact, sales, administrative, and practical work tasks. The role includes, among other things: Customer contact, consultation, and sales Receive customers and help them find the right gravestone and solution Help customers design and customize gravestones using our design tool on the website Receive and handle phone calls and other customer inquiries Administration and follow-up of customer questions, customer matters, and orders Contact and coordination regarding orders and deliveries Practical handling and administration related to funerals Keep the premises tidy and help with cleaning Other practical tasks related to the business We offer A small team where you quickly become part of the daily operations and can grow with the company.
