We are now looking for a Client Manager Accounting Consultant at Revisorgruppen in Malmö, a division of Klara Consulting. Here you will become part of an office with about 20 colleagues in accounting, payroll, and auditing. On the accounting side, we are a smaller team that works closely with our customers, often owner-managed companies where relationships and personalized advice are central. In this role, you will be an important part of our accounting team in Malmö. You will work independently with qualified accounting assignments, take responsibility for client relationships, and help develop both our working methods and customer experience. Your responsibilities As a Client Manager Accounting Consultant, you will be responsible for qualified accounting assignments and maintain close dialogue with your clients. The focus is primarily on financial statements, tax returns, annual reports, advisory services, and client responsibility, rather than primarily on ongoing accounting. You will work with a mixed client portfolio where many clients are small and medium-sized owner-managed companies. Our clients operate in various industries, including construction, real estate, and other service and owner-managed businesses. You will, for example: - Independently manage client assignments and drive the work forward - Prepare financial statements, annual reports, and tax returns - Handle VAT, taxes, and other accounting-related matters - Maintain ongoing client dialogue and serve as a trusted advisor on financial matters - Ensure quality, structure, and progress in your assignments - Contribute to good client relationships through clear communication and high-quality service - Support more junior colleagues with your experience and expertise when needed - Help develop working methods, routines, and customer experience going forward Who are you? We are looking for someone with - Post-secondary education in economics, accounting, or equivalent experience - At least 3–5 years of experience in qualified accounting work - Strong knowledge of financial statements, annual reports, and tax returns - Experience with VAT, taxes, and employer tax returns - Knowledge of K2 and K3 - Experience in independently managing client assignments - Excellent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written, as this is the language we use for internal and external communication - Also good English language skills, both spoken and written, as we have many international clients - Good Excel skills It is extra valuable if you: - Are an authorized accounting consultant via Srf konsulterna or FAR - Have experience with consolidated accounting - Have experience advising owner-managed companies - Have worked with digitalization and efficiency improvements in accounting - Have experience with Fortnox and/or Hogia Does this sound like you?
